The demand for luxury.
The accuracy of commitment.

At Aladinoo Group, CSR is not just talk, it is embodied.
In every briefing, every assignment, every glance.

We do not sell products, we reveal presences, and that requires more than words: a lived ethic, a structured framework, a clear vision.

Human capital: our greatest asset

At Aladinoo, excellence begins with people, not as a slogan, but as a daily reality.

Our field ambassadors are not interchangeable figures; they represent our partner companies and embody the codes of luxury.

As such, they deserve a protective, rewarding and transparent working environment.

All our employees, both permanent and temporary, work within a formal HR framework: code of ethics, ergonomics guide, disconnection charter, signed internal regulations, and up-to-date DUERP (single document on occupational risks).

Each assignment begins with an educational booklet about the brand, vocabulary, signature gestures and product storytelling.

A welcome kit is given to each new ambassador: a notebook, pen, tote bag and, above all, the rules of the game.

We don’t deploy staff, we prepare influencers, and that’s what makes all the difference.

Train, promote, grow

Our ambassadors undergo targeted training

1.

Improve customer experience

2.

Optimise commercial performance

3.

Managing complex situations with emotional intelligenc

At the end, each participant chooses three personal commitments that are concrete and applicable from the next assignment onwards.

A professional reflex, a choice of attitude, a gesture.

A micro-discipline with a macro-impact.

CSR that connects everything

At Aladinoo, CSR is neither a label nor a line on a contract.
It is an invisible thread that connects our mission to our home, the field to meaning, and our actions to impact.
We don’t claim to ‘change the world’.
But we do change perspectives, attitudes and habits.
And in our world — the world of luxury, detail and presence — that’s already a lot.

We don’t want to make people dream. We want to make them act.

That’s why every year we support specific associations fighting important battles:

  • Grégory Lemarchal (via Paul Fontaine and his challenge ‘42 years, 42 marathons, 42 days’) for the fight against cystic fibrosis,
  • Lisa Forever for funding breast cancer research,
  • Rêves, which offers moments of respite to seriously ill children,
  • 100% Handinamique, which makes sporting and cultural events accessible,
  • TI3RS, which protects children exposed to verbal abuse after separation,
  • CEW – Cosmetic Executive Women, which works to promote inclusion, well-being and equal opportunities in the beauty industry

Each association receives financial support, internal visibility and, from 2025, an impact assessment will be carried out and shared with our employees.

Our employees don’t just ‘benefit from CSR’.

They embody it.

Through initiatives such as:

  • Sports week: running, yoga, walking = donations to the charity chosen by the team that gets the most people involved
  • Eco-friendly challenges: less heating, less lighting = more money for charity
  • Charity creativity challenge: one team, one idea, one project to support

Each winning project receives £1,000 for the charity of its choice.

Because we are stronger when we decide together.

A well-trained, well-treated, well-supported ambassador…

✔ makes the mission run more smoothly,

✔ enhances the brand,

✔ builds loyalty among end customers,

✔ and builds loyalty among themselves.

It’s simple:

Our HR policy reduces hidden costs (turnover, re-briefing, errors) and creates measurable value (stability, customer satisfaction, efficiency in the field).

We can prove it: social reports, skills mapping, BDES (social and economic data file), multi-year training plan.

At Aladinoo, the HR butterfly effect exists and is managed, monitored and measured.

Our impact is widespread, so our response must be structured.

  • Regional logistics pooling,
  • Reduction in disposable materials,
  • Reusable supports,
  • Gradual digitisation of documentation (target for 2026).

And above all:

Internal challenges that transform energy savings into donations to charities.

Consuming less to pass on more.

Our Artistic New Inclusive Make Up Awards embody Aladinoo’s commitment.

Here, make-up doesn’t conceal: it affirms. It elevates.

An inclusive, artistic European competition that celebrates the diversity of faces and stories.

A stage for those who are rarely heard, but never forgotten.

A link between beauty, society, creativity and inclusion.

And a gateway, too: some of the talents discovered join our Premium team.

We don’t create the products, but we connect brands and consumers.

Our ambassadors are trained to:

  • Highlight the green commitments of our partner companies
  • Encourage responsible behaviour: refilling, sorting, limited use of samples

We also share best practices from the field and organise our own events with one goal in mind: less waste, more meaning, always in line with luxury standards.
